Step 1: Submit Your Order
Start by placing your order through the online form or by email. Share the number of documents, the type of documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, corporate filings, academic records, etc.), where the documents originated, and the country where they will be used. Include your deadline and note if you prefer mail-in, local pickup, or in-person drop-off services.
Step 2: Send or Hand Off Your Documents
You can mail your completed documents, drop them off locally, or schedule a pickup if you are within our service area. If mailing, include a return shipping label or request shipping services.
Step 3: Courier Run to the Secretary of State
On the scheduled day, I personally deliver your documents to the California Secretary of State counter in Los Angeles. I wait in line and handle the counter submission. Processing times vary depending on the SOS workload, but I provide real-time status updates so you're never left wondering where things stand.
Step 4: Return Delivery of Apostille Documents
Once the Secretary of State has completed the apostille authentication, I retrieve your documents from the counter and return them promptly. Local clients can arrange for drop-off or pickup, while mail-in clients will have their documents shipped back using their chosen carrier. If no pre-printed label is provided, you'll receive tracking details from the chosen carrier to know when to expect your finalized apostilled documents.

Personal Status Updates
You work directly with me. I send proactive updates when I receive your documents, when they're submitted, and when they are on their way back to you.
Designed for Professionals
My process is built for the needs of notaries, law firms, and adoption agencies.
Nationwide Service
Based in Los Angeles, I serve professionals both within California and throughout the United States who need a California apostille.
I act solely as a courier to transport, submit, and return documents as directed by the client. I do not review documents for accuracy, completeness, or eligibility for an apostille. I do not provide notarial services for this service or offer legal guidance. All responsibility for document preparation, eligibility, and correctness rests solely with the client. While I exercise all due care in handling documents, I am not liable for delays or errors made by the California Secretary of State office or for delays caused by carriers used by the client.
